This women’s retreat is intended to give you a delicious taste of how good it feels to make yourself a priority, enjoy some downtime, take care of you own needs and give yourself a little love.

 

 

Our weekend together will be an exploration into deep rest, rejuvenation and self-healing through gentle yoga, breath work, meditation and simple techniques that can help you let go of triggers that cause difficulty or emotional pain in your life.  

 

The combination of practices we will share can improve health on every level and positively impact the quality of your day-to-day experience, allowing you to move forward with a much greater sense of ease, wholeness, happiness and love. 

 

The weekend will provide an opportunity for letting go on many levels and support harmony between your heart and mind.

 

There is no experience  with yoga or meditation required – we will guide you throughout the entire weekend. The only prerequisite is that you are trained in Heart-based Meditation, which we will do online or in person prior to the retreat weekend. Heart-based Meditation is a simple and effortless technique that anyone can do, and the benefits are countless and life changing.

 

 

What’s included:

  • Two nights lodging at the Mindfulness Retreat Center in Saco, Maine– double or triple occupancy with shared baths. Book with a friend or meet a new one!

  • Five nourishing and satisfying vegetarian meals and healthy snacks

  • Guided morning and afternoon sessions that incorporate practices for deep rest, healing and coming into the heart

  • A Finding Peace Yoga Workshop* with Deborah Keene from the Ayurveda Yoga Center in Liberty, Maine

  • Precious free time for yourself to indulge in rest, walking, journaling, reading or any other way you enjoy quiet time to unplug, be off-duty, relax and just let go

Schedule:

Arrive Friday, June 1 between 3pm and 4pm. We will begin at 4pm.

Depart Sunday, June 3 around Noon.
