Sandra Dugliss is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda in Stockbridge, Massachusetts and has studied Ayurveda with the world’s most respected teachers such as Dr. Vasant Lad (Ayurvedic Institute), Dr. Sunil Joshi (Vinayak Ayurveda), Dr. John Douillard (LifeSpa), Dr. David Frawley (Institute for Vedic Studies), Dr. Claudia Welch (Ayurvedic Institute), Dr. Partap Chauhan (Jiva Institute), Dr. Rosy Mann (Kripalu Center) and Dr. Paul Dugliss (New World Ayurveda).


Sandra is also a graduate of Syracuse University and has 9 years experience educating physicians, nurses and clinical staff in the specialties of neurology, psychiatry, pain management, physical medicine & rehabilitation, gastroenterology, and dermatology. She has completed continuing education with New World Ayurveda in Advanced Clinical Skills and Ayurvedic Psychology, and holds a continuing education certificate in Anatomy and Physiology.


Sandra currently serves an Ayurvedic (Holistic Health) Consultant and Educator with New World Ayurveda School and focuses her private practice on helping women alleviate the effects of chronic stress and reveal their inner radiance to live healthier, happier, more balanced lives.
