The Knowledge of Life
Every machine comes with a users manual. Ayurveda is a manual for the machine we know as the human body – Unknown
If you’ve heard of Ayurveda and are interested in learning more about it or incorporating it into your life, I offer consultations that keep it simple and practical.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is translated as the “knowledge of life”. It is a holistic health science that encompasses timeless wisdom for creating balance in body, mind and spirit and serves as the ultimate form of prevention. Ayurveda uses many natural modalities such as diet, lifestyle and daily routine modifications, herbs, yoga, meditation, breath work, massage, energy work and seasonal cleansing to support optimal health and healing and allow the body’s natural intelligence to work at its full potential.
Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation
An Ayurvedic Consultation is an opportunity to open to new possibilities and create a healthier, happier, more balanced life. We’ll begin with an Ayurvedic pulse assessment to help determine any imbalances, then discuss how you feel, what you want to accomplish and details about your current diet, lifestyle, and daily routine. We’ll identify the most important areas to focus on, and you’ll receive personalized recommendations to help correct imbalances and support your wellness goals. There are many benefits to incorporating Ayurveda into your life, including stress reduction, more restful sleep, increased energy, clarity of mind, better immunity and a deeper connection with yourself.
Individual 75-minute Consultation – $125. Packages available.
